To be a good developer means being able to determine what could go wrong even before any mistakes come up. Essentially, the job requires you to think ahead, instead of focusing on daily issues about data centers and cloud operations. So, if you&rsquo;re a person who loves being updated about everything, enjoys analysing information, and overthinking about how things might turn out in the future, you might have the right personality to be a cloud architect. This is a very senior role, so it&rsquo;s something you will have to aim for long-term, but people who are good with other people, can delegate tasks efficiently, and have a strategic oversight of the business are perfect.
