Whether you relate to the above image or not but there\u2019s no denying the fact that we all need some space and time for family and friends. Work, no doubt, is an integral part of our lives but there is always need for a balance. Yes, Work Life Balance is important and according to our new research, 90 percent of UAE employees believe a healthy work-life balance is key to their productivity at work, with over half identifying flexible working hours as a determining factor when trying to establish a balance between work, social activities and personal interests.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the research, Monster.com in Gulf surveyed more than 500 working professionals to find out what aspects of work-life balance are most valued by them.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

42 percent of the respondents of the UAE-wide survey also cited leaving on time as an important element when trying to achieve a healthy work-life balance, while 40 percent declared not having to work over holidays is a significant factor.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
