Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role focuses on making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads, promote Stravion's land investment and financing solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. The Telemarketing Specialist will maintain accurate call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings clearly, handling basic product questions, and transferring more complex inquiries to relevant team members. The role also involves collaborating with sales and investment teams to refine call scripts, support campaigns, and contribute feedback on market responses.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert calls into qualified prospects.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken English and confident phone etiquette.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build trust, address queries, and maintain positive client relationships.
Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles, ideally within real estate, investment, or financial services.
Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to track calls and manage prospect information.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
