About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies for a leading global consumer brand.

This role combines creative storytelling, influencer partnerships, community management, and datadriven campaign optimisation to build brand awareness, advocacy, and business growth across the GCC.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external agency partners to ensure the brand is consistently represented across all consumer touchpoints. You will lead the planning and execution of engaging

social content, support integrated marketing campaigns, and identify emerging trends that keep the brand relevant, culturally connected, and at the forefront of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market

priorities.

Adapt global campaigns and create locally relevant content and campaign narratives for GCC and wider middle east audiences.

Identify emerging social, cultural, and consumer trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.

Social Media & Influencer Management:

Lead content planning and execution across key social media platforms.

Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identification and briefing through to execution and performance reporting.

Build and nurture engaged online communities through authentic conversations and user-generated content.

Monitor channel performance and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights.

Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, ecommerce, media, retail, product, and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Support product launches and key marketing initiatives through compelling social-first content.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social and digital channels.

Budget & Performance:

Manage social media and influencer marketing budgets effectively.

Define, monitor, and report on campaign KPIs, applying insights to continuously improve performance.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer electronics brands.

Proven experience developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns across the GCC.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and the regional influencer landscape.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise campaign performance.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
