About the Role

As a Course Consultant, you'll help prospective students and parents understand their needs and choose the right English learning program through a consultative sales approach.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our English learning programs

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable English courses

Convert inquiries into enrollments through a consultative sales approach

Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships

Maintain accurate customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role

Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

Comfortable communicating in English with non-Arabic-speaking managers

Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work full-time on-site in Maadi (5.5 days per week)

Experience using CRM systems is an advantage

Location: On-site – Maadi

Working Hours:

Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1 hour & 15-minute break)

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
