Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients from scratch.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all pizza products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen areas.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef in the same position.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza baking techniques.
Experience working in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
