Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will identify prospective clients, present tailored insurance solutions, and support customers in selecting appropriate life, health, accident, and retirement products. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through policy issuance. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, and providing post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and brokerage partners, stay informed on product updates and regulatory requirements, and meet individual and team sales targets through ethical, customer-focused practices.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match products to diverse customer needs.
Experience in Customer Service, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-up throughout the client relationship.
Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices, including coordinating with intermediaries and navigating different distribution channels.
Understanding of Health Insurance products and regulations, with the ability to explain coverage and exclusions accurately.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Ability to work toward defined sales targets, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Familiarity with basic financial planning concepts and comfort using CRM systems and standard office software.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with a commitment to ethical conduct and continuous professional development.
