Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves prospecting and acquiring new customers, presenting MetLife Egypt's insurance and financial solutions, and managing a sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, needs assessments, and product consultations, as well as preparing proposals and following up to close deals. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide responsive service, and support policy renewals and upselling opportunities. The role also includes participating in training sessions, staying current on product updates and market trends, and collaborating closely with colleagues and managers to ensure a consistent and customer-focused sales experience.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in accessible terms.
Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries and concerns professionally, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Proven Sales capabilities in prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets within a structured sales environment.
Experience in Training or mentoring, such as sharing product knowledge, best practices, or supporting team development initiatives.
Exposure to Sales Management activities, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or financial services.
Knowledge of life insurance or financial products is an advantage, along with familiarity with the Egyptian insurance market.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, manage time and priorities independently, and use digital tools and CRM systems for sales activities.
Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial for serving a diverse customer base.
