Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Graphic Designer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will translate ideas into visually striking 3D designs for perfume bottles, caps, accessories, and premium packaging, while supporting both digital visualization and print-ready artwork preparation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative product concepts to life, from initial sketches and 3D models to final production files.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D designs and renders for perfume bottles, caps, accessories, and luxury packaging to support new product launches, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop 3D mockups and prototypes to help visualize concepts during the development stages.
- Design and refine artwork for packaging, ensuring everything is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the brand's visual identity, ensuring a consistent, premium look and feel across all creative touchpoints.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files and work closely with printing vendors to ensure the final output looks exactly as intended.
- Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring attention to material detail, lighting, and luxury aesthetics
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and branding teams to bring ideas to life.
- Manage colour, materials, textures, and finishes across both 3D and print projects.
- Keep up-to-date with new printing techniques, materials, and trends in beauty and fragrance packaging.
- Support brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for shapes, decoration techniques, and new packaging concepts.
Expertise & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a 3D designer, ideally in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury packaging.
- Strong skills in 3D software.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A solid understanding of print production, materials, colour theory, and typography.
- Someone who can juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines.
