Position: Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager (Staffing)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Level: 5 to 7 years with recent 2 to 3 years in UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager with 5–7 years of experience in the staffing industry, including recent 2–3 years in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have experience managing staffing accounts for Banks, financial institutions, government organizations, and large corporate clients in the UAE and act as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in account management in IT staffing.
• Recent 2–3 years of UAE staffing experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing enterprise clients, preferably banks, financial institutions, government organizations, or large corporates.
• Strong client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with recruitment delivery teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and business opportunities.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Existing network within UAE enterprise clients is an added advantage.
