We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join a reputed firm in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes
• Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to government authorities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
