We are looking for an experienced accountant who can also handle administrative duties of the Company.
Key responsibilities will include:
. Maintain accounting and financial reporting systems, including supporting general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll . Maintains corporate records, including tax documents . Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of changes in stockholders equity . Performs general accounting tasks . Research and implement accounting policies and procedures . Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments. . Revenue recognition and reconciliation. . Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system. . Fixed Asset Management . Preparation and processing of payroll . Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation . Basic Human Resources and PRO tasks. . Provide general admin support.
Skills:
. Knowledge in accounting and accounting software is a must preferably Tally . Competency in Microsoft office applications especially excel is required . Excellent written and verbal English Communication . 3 years relevant working experience or in the same role. . Keen to details . Deadline-Oriented
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's or master's degree in tax, accounting, or finance . UAE experience preferred
