Our multi-disciplined finance teams support and improve business performance while maintaining effective and robust control. We have teams working within our retail divisions reviewing financial performance, identifying trends, spotting opportunities and supporting business planning and decision making. In our Central Finance Team, business performance is recorded, reported and analyzed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Finance staff also play an active role in the review and enhancement of business processes and technology usage.
The Admin Assistant will report to and support a designated manager and business function in order to achieve overall business objectives. You must be able to prepare and update daily reports and KPI's for the management.
Additionally you will:
- Take full responsibility for dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Communicate with the store and the operations team
- Respond to phone calls and address customers concerns in a professional manner
- Escalate issues to the management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- At least one year's experience in an administrative support function.
- Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Good computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Arabic fluency would be an advantage.
