Freshers will be considered as per their eligibility .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of proven administrative experience .

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures .

Attention to detail and problem solving skills .

Strong organizational and planning skills .

Proficient in MS Office .

High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred .

Profile Description
Administrative Coordinator to ensure that the Pavilion office is well-maintained, organized, and secure .
Assist with special projects, such as events, VIP visits, etc .
Administrative Coordinator must manage registration system for events, providing assistance during the registration process, and monitoring the list of those registered through to end participation .
Manage all communication and promotional materials, invitations, & programs .
Co-ordinate and assist hospitality service to manage the travel, hotel and transfers for all personalities .
Administrative Coordinator must provide executive assistance to the Pavilion office on guest reception and protocol management .
Work closely with the respective teams in the collation of all requirements for applications for accreditations .
Monitor and manage all applications and ensure that all accreditations are issued on time .
Administrative Coordinator should manage the Expo Entry Booking system, when needed inserting fast and VIP passes into the relative system .
An Administrative Coordinator must create an internal process on applications for accreditations to ensure the smooth and successful awarding of accreditations from the Expo .
