We're partnering with one of the major banks in the UAE to hire a cross functional technical leader to drive AI and advanced analytics across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:
- Work with business work-streams & stakeholders across the bank to understand needs and requirements
- Take these requirements and work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to produce high-value AI and analytics use cases from idea through to production
- Shape and execute AI strategy, including Generative AI and emerging technologies
- Define roadmaps, track impact, and ensure solutions deliver real business value
- Embed AI into day-to-day operations, driving adoption across the business
What we're looking for:
- 6–9 years experience in consulting or financial services
- Proven track record delivering AI, analytics, or data-led initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI/ML (GenAI exposure is a plus)
- Confident stakeholder manager with a commercial mindset
- Fast-paced, agile delivery experience
