Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant salon experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization and infection-control practices.
• English communication skills required Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to upsell treatments and retail products.
• Time management and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity.

Task Description:

• Conduct skin analysis and consultations to identify client needs and contraindications.
• Perform professional facials, deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, hydration and anti-aging treatments.
• Carry out facial threading/body waxing and other aesthetic services within competency.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment history.
• Educate clients on home-care routines and recommend retail products.
• Maintain treatment room hygiene, sterilization and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait health regulations and salon SOPs.
• Support promotions, packages and client retention initiatives.
