We're Hiring: AI Marketing Automation & Social Media Specialist | Dubai
H&S Real Estate is looking for a hands-on AI Marketing Automation & Social Media Specialist with strong experience in AI tools, CRM automation, marketing dashboards, lead nurturing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize AI-driven marketing and CRM automation workflows
- Automate lead nurturing through CRM, email, SMS and WhatsApp
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards to track leads, campaign performance, conversions, CPL, ROI/ROAS and sales funnel performance
- Work with dashboard and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar
- Use AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, AI agents or similar platforms
- Integrate CRM, marketing platforms and reporting tools to improve data visibility and lead tracking
- Manage social media content, scheduling and engagement
- Support and optimize paid digital campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with AI and marketing automation tools
- Strong experience with CRM systems and workflow automation
- Proven experience building dashboards and marketing reports
- Good knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics and lead generation
- Strong English communication skills
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience is an advantage
