For a Saudi Company based in Nasr City Architect/Interior Designer is urgently needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and the approved design vision.
- Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, Mood Boards, Material Boards, detailed architectural and interior drawings, Shop Drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation using approved design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools).
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements, and prepare technical specifications and material schedules in coordination with the procurement team.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, to ensure integrated, high-quality, and technically compliant design solutions.
- Review, refine, and optimize designs based on client feedback, project requirements, functionality, sustainability, quality standards, and the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, municipal regulations, company standards, health and safety requirements, and relevant local and international design guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, support adherence to project schedules, prepare technical documentation and progress reports, and maintain updated design resources, material libraries, and project records.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering or any related field
- 5 years of experience in same field
- Very good English
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in architectural and interior design principles, including space planning, design development, and innovative design solutions.
- Strong creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Sound knowledge of construction materials, furniture, interior finishes, technical specifications, and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of modern architectural and interior design trends, research methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and other AI-powered design tools.
