Our Drilling Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of drilling equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

The role is responsible for maintenance, assembly and manufacturing. You will provide specialist support in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the organization. You will work unsupervised on a range of Drilling & Evaluation down-hole tools and surface instrumentation within the limit of proven competence.
As AMO Electromechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, scheduled and preventive maintenance on factory equipment are completed on-time and safely.
Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have diploma or any relevant degree
Have 5+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical drilling function
Have previous experience with Baker Hughes (preferred)
Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions
