About the Job

The Assistant Manager – Distribution supports the execution and optimization of the hotel's electronic distribution strategy to maximize online visibility, revenue, and inventory accuracy. The role is responsible for managing distribution channels, maintaining rate parity and content accuracy, monitoring channel performance, and coordinating with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, and third-party partners to ensure seamless distribution across all platforms.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Revenue Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Distribution, or E-commerce within the hospitality industry.
• Experience working with hotel distribution systems and channel management platforms.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
