international brands We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded
Associate Buyer to join our dynamic Buying team and support the growth of our Boys and Girls Kidswear categories for our Bloomingdales Fashion and Harvey Nichols Fashion department stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a strong eye for product, trend awareness, and commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the buying and assortment planning process across Boys and Girls Kidswear categories.
- Assist in selecting commercially successful product ranges aligned to customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product sell-through to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyse trading performance and provide recommendations to optimise sales and profitability.
- Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Stores, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives.
- Support seasonal buying trips, range reviews, and supplier meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with international brand partners and suppliers.
- Keep up to date with global fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights within the kidswear market.
