Job Summary:
Perform day-to-day preventive and corrective activities of Air-conditioning Chiller, Chilled Water Pumps, CRAH, CRAC. Package AC, DSAC, SAC, WAC. 24/7 Availability to be able to attend Emergency Call Outs.
- Conduct daily high-quality Maintenance routine.
- Respond to contingencies to ensure restoration of system operations in the event of a component or system malfunction.
- Troubleshooting of Chillers Unit, Control Panels, Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, FAHU, CCU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fan, PKG unit, Pumps, Motors, Water Leak Detections, VAV's, MCC Panel, Domestic Water, fire sprinkler system (Electrical & Diesel Pump) & Plumbing when faults occur to ensure continuous operations.
- Conducts a quality check of all HVAC & MEP documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information, and calculations
- Carryout inspections of the HVAC & MEP facilities to identify system single point of failure
- Ensures in updating all technical/maintenance logs, databases, records & archives
- Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.
- Responds to emergencies during or after hours for resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Performs other related duties assigned by Supervisor for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
