Job Title: IT SPECIALIST

Location: DUBAI,UAE

Role Summary:

The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's User App and related digital platforms across iOS and Android environments for OMODA JAECOO, iCaur, and new brands. The role manages key IT systems, supports system integration, analyzes business requirements, and delivers digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Systems Management & Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize key IT systems including User App, Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, SAP, Call Center solutions, and Lark.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users and dealer contacts.
  • Analyze business requirements within the automotive and digital application environment to recommend system enhancements, new features, and workflow improvements.
  • Support system integration, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Solution Quotation & Vendor Management

  • Support IT solution evaluation, quotation processes, and project implementation activities.
  • Review vendor proposals, evaluate technical solutions, support cost negotiations, and assist in finalizing technical and commercial quotations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and support of IT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Head Office IT security policies, standards, and data protection requirements.

IT Infrastructure & End-User Support

  • Support IT infrastructure setup and operations across showrooms and offices, ensuring digital display units, network connectivity, and customer-facing technologies are fully operational.
  • Perform workstation setup and configuration for new and existing employees, including PCs/laptops, peripherals, software installation, and system access.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on onsite hardware, network equipment, and IT assets to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and other business functions to ensure IT systems effectively support daily operations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and user support on systems including User App, DMS, CRM, Lark, and other internal platforms.
  • Work closely with business teams to identify technology improvements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive user App development, application support, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, application lifecycle, APIs, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with User Apps, DMS, CRM, SAP, Call Center solutions, and Lark.
  • Knowledge of smart connected vehicle applications and in-car digital ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP SD/MM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Digital mindset with understanding of automotive technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented approach.
