  • Atalltimesthebarareashouldbemaintainedinacleanandorganizedcondition.Practice'cleanasyougo.
  • Afterfunctionisoverandguesthavelefttheroom,breakdown andthoroughlycleanthebar.
  • Ensuretheproperstorageofliquor,fruitandequipment,allliquortobesecure.
  • Tocomplywithalllocallawsandregulations.
  • Toreportissuesorrequirementstothesupervisors.
  • Whenrequested,isreadytoworkasawaiter/waitressaswell.

  • Topracticeconstantlythe Cleanasyougo'policytoupholdthehighestsanitationstandards.

. Receive the guest with the greetings of the day and a smile

. Present the menu & suggest luxury collection cocktails. Inquire for the guest suite number.

. Assist the guest with the drinks selections and answer any queries about drinks

. Do a quality check if the guest orders cocktails.

. Engage in a conversation with the guest whenever appropriate. General topics should be about resorts facilities or activities.

. Table maintenance should carried out.

. Present the bill as per standard when asked and give a copy of the luxury collection cocktail recipe

. Bid the guest fond farewell.

. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any complains.

. Coordinate with other departments in exceeding guest expectations.

. To be updated in communication between departments.

. To attend managers & Supervisors meeting.
