Billing Applications Support Engineer

Job Description :
- Hands on experience with charging and billing systems.
- Hands on experience on integration between charging and Mediation applications.
- Hands on PL/SQL knowledge.
- Troubleshot and fix operational issues under incident management process.
- Hands on experience on integration between charging and provision applications.
- Hands on experience on integration between charging application and middleware.
- Define new products configuration and pricing.
- Handle Roaming files tap-in/ tap-out.
- Handle bill cycle activities.
- Handle daily operations health check and reporting.
- Deploy new releases and handle all release management processes.
- Support in application installation and upgrade.
- Familiar with ITIL standards.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Working under pressure.
- Familiar with on call support.
