Business Analyst - Collections Upgrade – Finacle

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the upgrade and enhancement of the Collections module on the Finacle platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, mapping out collections processes, and ensuring that the upgraded collections system aligns with business objectives and compliance standards. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to improve collections workflows, enhance automation, and deliver seamless integration with existing banking systems

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze payment systems, processes, and perform gap analysis.
• Work with technical teams to align system configurations with business needs.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionalities
• Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle
• Strong knowledge of payment card processing, settlements, and clearing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
