Business Analyst - Customer Care & Billing Applications

Job Description :

  • Experience working directly with the Oracle Customer Care & Billing application for Water Utility sector.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic.
  • Functional areas within CC&B that are most needed include all meter-to-cash functions including billing, cancel / rebill, credit and collections, Customer care, Field Activities, On boarding and rates. Experience with field order management and integration to metering systems is also helpful.
  • Strong analytical skills required. Should be able to understand end-to-end CC&B functionality flows and relate to Business process of water management utility industry.
  • Should be able to discuss and understand the business requirements from Business process SPOCs by using different requirement gathering processes.
  • Should be able to document the requirement and discuss it with CC&B experts regarding feasibility and impact.
  • Share the Business Requirement Document with business for finalizing the requirement considering the constraints and shortfalls of the application mentioning the clear business cases and expected outputs.
  • Get the sign-off on the Business Requirement Documents from relevant Business process SPOCs.
  • Update the status and escalate any delays to Project PMO.
  • Should be able to manage changes and any conflicts.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
