Our Client
Our Client is a leading Properties Development company in Dubai!
Your Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management : Support with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Finance operations, IT/engineering teams, external SMEs
  • Portfolio Management: Support in the management of the projects portfolio for the Finance function
  • Schedule Management: Track and support the end to end schedules of the program/ projects starting from ideation to completion
  • Cost Management : Support the budget approval and spend of the project throughout its lifecycle, including payment to vendors
  • Risk Management: Articulate and track risk and issue are managed for the project and ensure that it is raised with the owners to define resolution plan and agree on conclusion.
  • Procurement Management: Support the scoping, evaluation and selection of the third-party vendors/ consultants. . Governance Management: Support in adequate oversight and control on the programs/ projects putting and provide stakeholder, including weekly and fortnightly reporting
  • Benefits Realisation: Track and support the business cases to ensure robust business benefits and minimal risk and cost for any potential transformation program
  • Change Management: Support in the adoption of and adherence the project outputs of the different teams to the transformation Framework across the projects within the program.

Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with last few years, preferably in the Middle East region
  • Proven track record of supporting successful multi-disciplinary transformation or continuous
  • improvement projects (with focus within the Finance organization).
  • Exposure and interest in large Finance function Technology enabled projects, including but not limited to Oracle FCCS, ARCS, Treasury Management System, etc.
  • Exposure and interest in Finance Budget to Pay, Account Receivables, Record to Report operational processes, if possible.
  • Bachelors in Finance/ Accounts or any other related certificates
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), preferably with experience in consulting projects
