Business Development Manager – Interior Design

About Us

Takween Design House is a growing interior design studio in Egypt, known for delivering [residential / commercial / corporate] projects that combine creativity, quality, and client-focused execution. As we expand, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our project pipeline and build lasting partnerships across the market.

Role Overview

You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with real estate developers, contractors, architects, and corporate clients, and expand our presence across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, contractors, architects, and property consultants
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
• Develop and execute a lead-generation and partnership strategy
• Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partnerships in the CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within interior design, real estate, construction, or a related industry
• An existing network within Egypt's real estate, construction, or hospitality sector is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meetings and sites across Egypt
