Business Development Engineer (Construction / Energy field is preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Identify and secure new opportunities in construction & energy sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients & stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical & commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• From 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development (Construction / Energy is essential).
• Strong technical understanding of contracting & construction.
• Proven track record in sales, proposals, and client negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & market research tools.
