Role Description

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive pipeline growth, forge partnerships, and convert opportunities across B2B segments (with a focus on travel agencies, hotels, and hospitality). You'll own the early-to-mid sales funnel (prospecting qualifying demoing proposing) and collaborate closely with Product, and Marketing to turn client pain points into successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients through outbound outreach (email, social media, calls, website generated lead, generated leads) and inbound leads.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs; deliver tailored product demos of GetPayIn's SaaS solutions.
  • Build and nurture a healthy pipeline; prepare proposals, quotations, and simple ROI cases.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to close deals and ensure smooth handover to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and weekly pipeline reports.
  • Collect and relay market and client feedback to Product/Marketing for continuous improvement.
  • Represent GetPayIn at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity and revenue contribution targets (OKRs).

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills (Arabic & English).
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset; comfortable learning technical products.
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple conversations and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
  • Fresh grads welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice To Have:

  • Exposure to SaaS, payments, tourism/hospitality tech, or B2B partnerships.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, SDR/BDR motions, and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Comfort with creating simple proposals and light financial justifications.
