Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our company formation and related services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the corporate services industry, experience in sales or consulting, and a strong network of potential clients or partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Promote and sell company formation packages, business setup services, and related corporate solutions (e.g., PRO services, nominee services, bank account opening assistance, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations tailored to specific business needs.
- Keep up-to-date with regulatory and jurisdictional changes affecting company formation and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports for management.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows (as applicable).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in company formation, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the company incorporation process and related services in free zones, offshore, and mainland jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing client base or network within the corporate services or consultancy industry.
- Knowledge of UAE, UK, or offshore jurisdictions (e.g., BVI, Cayman, Seychelles) is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in a multi-jurisdictional or cross-border business environment.
