Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, preparing and delivering proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. The position requires strong networking and negotiation skills to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience within freight forwarding sales in UAE is mandatory; Ideally 2-5 years
• Business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management skills
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication capabilities
• Problem-solving, market research, and data analysis expertise
• Ability to work in a team environment and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
