About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to support growth across the fintech and digital payments space. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in financial technology, partnerships, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners across fintech, banks, and financial institutions
- Support the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
- Assist in executing go-to-market strategies for new products
- Manage client communication and support onboarding processes
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends
- Represent the company in meetings and networking events when required
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Background in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
