Business Development Executive (Holiday Homes)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our holiday homes team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio, building strong relationships with property owners, and driving business growth in the short-term rental market.
- Identify and secure new property listings for holiday home management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate partners
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies
- Conduct property viewings and explain service offerings to potential clients
- Negotiate and close contracts with property owners
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or real estate
- Previous experience in the holiday home or short-term rental industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is a plus
