About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst (German Speaker) to join our Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex operational projects and non-standard cases while driving process optimization, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with teams across Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer Care to identify improvement opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and performance across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of complex operational cases, contract changes, special requests, and system-related exceptions.

• Lead process management and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.

• Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

• Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements.

• Monitor, track, and report on key operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Customer Care to resolve operational challenges.

• Support and lead strategic and ad-hoc projects focused on operational excellence and contract management.

• Ensure accurate execution and documentation of non-standard operational processes.

• Drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution.

What You'll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Process Optimization, Business Operations, or a similar fast-paced operational environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluency in German and English is a must.

• Proven hands-on experience in process management and process optimization.

• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.

• SQL knowledge is a strong advantage for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
