Job Description

Provides direction and advice on all procurement and contract related issues in Eastern Hemisphere

 


  • Coordinate with UAE Operations and warehousing teams


  • Initiating Vendor Additions


  • Initiating MSA's for contractors


  • Implementing and communicate purchasing policies.


  • Support the Project Management Team for all their requirements


  • Support CANRIG for all their procurement related requirements


  • Catalog set-up, management and support for Saudi Arabia


  • Train Requestors in iSupplier for PR preparations


  • Reviewing and renegotiating existing contracts 


  • Reviewing and approving Purchase orders as per SOA


  • Track and coordinate the local deliveries.


  • Close out of all Open PO that are no longer required for Saudi Arabia.


  • Ensuring the annual goals are being fulfilled in monthly basis.


  • Meeting new potential vendors for KSA


  • Updating Sole vendor list with new Vendors.


  • Vendor negotiation


  • Support and participate on achieving organizational QHSE objectives 
  • Responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality objectives
  • Have necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
  • Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
  • Other duties may be assigned


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Good personality and communication skills


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Industry related Work experience of 3-5 years 

  • Basic Knowledge in Excel



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 



  • 5 years experience in Oilfield Service Industry 


  • Advance Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel 


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft ERP software's 


  • POWER Bl knowledge
