Job Description :
- The Consultant will be responsible to manage and communicate issues to customer and internal project teams.
- Manage issues and track timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep the Client and or Calypso
- Project Manager informed of progress.
- A strong demonstrable record of customer service REQUIREMENTS Write, modify, integrate and test software code Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
- Analyse, prepare and customize the current system to incorporate new analysis instruments
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specification.
