Job Responsibilities:
- Work on building the new eCommerce app platform for Android, iOS, and web
- Use technologies such as C# and Python to develop the chatbot for the new application
- Develop conversational flows in the chatbot
- Present chat efficiency reports to the management team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
- Proficient with C# and Python
- Previous experience working with Chatbots is required
- Good understanding of chatbot architecture
