• 15+ years of leadership experience, with significant experience in executive or C-suite roles
• Strong experience within the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of leading large, multi-site operations and delivering sustainable business growth
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing full P&L responsibility
• Experience developing and executing long-term business strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build high-performing organisations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
