Chief Surveyor

Cornerstone Development is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Surveyor to join our team and lead all surveying activities for a major project in Mostakbal City.

Location: Mostakbal City, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all surveying operations on-site.

• Supervise survey teams and ensure accurate execution of survey works.

• Review and validate survey data, reports, and calculations.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Establish survey control points and oversee setting-out activities.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the surveying team.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in surveying, preferably within large-scale construction or real estate development projects.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.


• Hands-on experience with Total Station and surveying equipment.


• Strong understanding of surveying principles, site setting-out, and as-built surveys.


• Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
