Design & Implementation:
Design, implement, and optimize Webex solutions aligned with business needs and integrate with existing communication infrastructure.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and resolve complex issues related to connectivity, performance, and access.
Collaboration & Governance:
Work with network/voice teams, ensure security compliance, handle upgrades/patches/migrations, and coordinate with Cisco/vendor support for critical issues.
Knowledge & Leadership:
Provide documentation, conduct training, guide junior team members, and recommend improvements based on latest Webex features and best practices.
