About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team, focusing on off-plan and secondary property markets. In this role, you'll take the lead in generating new leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing high-value transactions for luxury properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Screening: Develop and implement effective strategies to qualify leads, including networking, social media marketing, cold calling, etc. Establish a strong network of potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle for luxury properties, from the initial client contact up to the deal closing. This includes property presentations, site visits, negotiation of terms, and contract finalization.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property valuations, and competitor activities in order to share expert advice and investment insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong passion for real estate, with a keen interest in Dubai's off-plan developments and emerging trends.
- Valid UAE Driver's license is preferred
