Cluster Assistant Director of Revenue & Distribution

A leading luxury hospitality group in the heart of Dubai is seeking an experienced Cluster Assistant Director of Revenue & Distribution to support the commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets, including hotels, hotel apartments, and vacation homes.

This strategic role is ideal for a commercially driven revenue professional with multi-property experience and a strong understanding of pricing, distribution, and demand optimization across different hospitality business models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of revenue and distribution strategies across a portfolio of hospitality entities.

• Optimize pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution channels to maximize overall portfolio revenue.

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, booking pace, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.

• Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align revenue initiatives.

• Manage and optimize OTA performance, direct booking channels, GDS, and other distribution platforms.

• Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

• Ensure system integrity and rate accuracy across PMS, CRS, channel managers, and revenue management systems.

• Identify new opportunities to improve profitability, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across the portfolio.

We're looking for someone who has:

✔ Proven experience in Revenue Management within a multi-property or cluster hospitality environment.

✔ Experience managing a portfolio of hotels, hotel apartments, serviced residences, or vacation homes.

✔ Strong knowledge of revenue optimization, pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution management.

✔ Hands-on experience with Opera PMS (or equivalent), channel managers, CRS, RMS, and OTA extranets.

✔ Advanced analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

✔ UAE or GCC hospitality experience is highly preferred.
