Our client is seeking experienced Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle client interactions professionally, and experience in field collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure timely payment collection
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
- Prepare periodic collection and aging reports
- Negotiate payment schedules when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant collection experience in the construction or elevator industry
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
