Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
- Manage accounts receivable/payable with timely execution
- Prepare annual financial reports and file FTA returns
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding needs
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts
- Manage pricing strategies, warranties, and service agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee legal affairs and documentation for the organization
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA)qualification ismandatory
- 710 yearsof commercial/finance experience inHVAC, engineering, or construction(UAE experience required)
- Age below40 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven problem-solving and team management capabilities
- Must be a proactive self-starter
- UAE Driving Licenseis mandatory
