Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC/MEP contracting industry. The role requires overseeing financial operations, managing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
- Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of FTA returns.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Oversee all legal affairs and ensure proper management of legal documentation.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 710 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably within engineering, HVAC, or construction.
- DxB work experience is required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
