About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis II to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. As a Commis II, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products in line with appropriate food portion control and use of recipes by strictly following the HACCP guideline and regulation. In addition, the team members will comply with the procedures in accordance with the local food safety laws.

About You

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or Hospitality Management Degree.
• Knowledge of food preservation techniques
• Excellent food safety and health regulations knowledge.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
