Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a Communications Manager to be based in Sharma, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops Shared Services Communication and Engagement Strategy, collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
  • Executes day-to-day activities to support delivery of the internal communication and engagement strategy, including planning, research and coordination
  • Supports the Shared Services function with external stakeholder communication and engagement plans and material
  • Identifies internal communications and engagement opportunities to support strategic planning, working closely with the Shared Services Leadership team, Head of Communications, Regional and Sector Heads.
  • Drafts presentation materials and briefings for the Shared Services Leadership Team
  • Conducts insightful, relevant research and intelligence reports for projects and media engagements
  • Organizes logistics of external stakeholder visits, including drafting of relevant collateral and on-the-ground support
  • Manage and lead all Shared Services regular engagement events
  • Assists in the operations of Shared Services as required
  • Works closely with the Shared Services Leadership Team, and the central Communications Department to support and deliver against measurable objectives and goals, in line with corporate values
  • Builds solid relationships within the organization to foster collaboration and support the integration of the Shared Services communications strategy
  • Manages and works alongside Communications team, PR and social media agencies to ensure coordination and timely execution of deliverables
  • Takes personal responsibility for time management and performance in all aspects of the role

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years prior experience of working in a Communications Role, PR agency or press office
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Prior experience of working in a comms role in a fast-paced environment is preferable
  • English language fluency: bilingual or second language skills is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent copywriting skills, including proofing of written materials
  • Experience of working in Saudi Arabia, or the Middle East is preferable
  • Candidate must be a Saudi Female
