About the role:
We are seeking a pharmacist who views the role as a healthcare responsibility, not a routine task to be able to deliver a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and discretion.

Candidate profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID is a must
- Experience: minimum one year of experience in community pharmacies is a must
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and behavior, customer-oriented mindset, team work player, Flexible, and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical skills: English level to be from good to fluent, and Microsoft Office skills from beginner to Advanced.
What you will do:
- Ensure accurate prescription dispensing in line with MoHP regulations and Bloom SOPs.
- Provide patient counseling and retail customer service the Bloom way.
- Advise on OTC, dermo cosmetics, and skincare.
- Use POS/ pharmacy systems for transitions and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the store team.
